Puppy and Kitten Wellness Plans
With all the excitement of welcoming a new puppy or kitten into your home, it can be easy to forget to bring them in for important veterinary visits that set them up for a lifetime of good health. By signing up with one of our Essential or Essential Plus pet wellness membership plans, you pay one affordable monthly fee for a wide-range of necessary care visits.

Our Essential Plus plan membership even includes a routine spay or neuter surgery package.

Plans can be personalized by adding additional services specific to your pet’s needs.
Restrictions:
- Plan is non-transferable.
- Plan cannot be applied to past visits.
- An appointment must be scheduled for services to be used.
- Additional discounts apply to eligible non-plan items only and cannot be used with other promotions and/or discounts.
- Additional costs may apply to nail trims in the event the patient needs sedation.
- If patient is in heat, pregnant, or cryptorchid at the time of surgery, additional fees will apply.
- Spay and neuter packages do not include medications to go home.

Routine pet wellness visits are just as important in adult years as they are in puppy and kitten years. We offer two different membership plan options for adult dogs and cats: Essential and Essential Plus.
